Policy

FWCWS requires that all Participants be Vaccinated at least 14-days prior to engaging in FWCWS Activities or entering FWCWS Premises, unless a (medical or human-rights) Accommodation is approved.

Health Canada, the federal and provincial governments, the Public Health Agency of Canada, regional public health authorities, the Canadian Medical Association have all endorsed voluntary COVID-19 Vaccination. for all individuals deemed Vaccine Eligible and who may safely receive a Vaccine.

Friends of the World Cup of Wrestling Society (FWCWS) is committed to taking every reasonable precaution in the circumstances for the protection of the health and safety of employees, athletes, and all stakeholders from the hazard of COVID-19. This Policy is intended to encourage, support and maximize COVID-19 Vaccination rates and safety at FWCWS as one of the critical preventatives and control measures for the hazard of COVID-19. FWCWS is also committed to compliance with all applicable public and occupational health and safety, human rights, privacy, and other laws in the development and implementation of this Policy.

Complaints and Discipline Policy

Friends of the World Cup of Wrestling Society (FWCWS) believes that its Members and Others are expected to fulfill certain responsibilities and obligations, including complying with the Policies, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of FWCWS, as applicable. Where there is non-compliance, FWCWS recognizes the need for sanctions.

This FWCWS Policy is intended to promote a clear understanding of accountability by communicating the process for addressing instances of non-compliance to its Members and Others.

Code of Conduct and Ethics

Friends of the World Cup of Wrestling Society (FWCWS), as a respectful corporate citizen, has a fundamental obligation and responsibility to act and behave in an ethical, responsible, respectful and positive manner.

FWCWS takes any situation involving unethical, unlawful or inappropriate manner seriously. FWCWS is committed to enacting and enforcing strong, transparent, and streamlined policies and processes for preventing and addressing all forms of inappropriate or unethical conduct.

This FWCWS Policy is intended to promote a safe environment by communicating and promoting expected standards of behaviour to all Members and Others.

Appeal Policy

Friends of the World Cup of Wrestling Society (FWCWS) is committed to providing an environment in which all Members and other Individuals involved with the organizations are treated with respect and fairness. FWCWS provides Members and Others with this Appeal Policy to enable fair, affordable, and expedient appeals of certain decisions made by FWCWS.

Further, decisions made by the process outlined in the FWCWS Complaints and Discipline Policy may be appealed under this Policy.
